Step 2: Place a booking fee of RM1000
Step 3: Provide all the required documentations for submission and financial & housing loan qualifications
Step 4: SkyWorld sales person will help to submit all documents to DBKL
Step 5: SkyWorld sales person will then update purchaser on the status from DBKL
Step 6: The banker will update the loan status to purchaser and developer
Step 7: Sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P) and pay the balance of 10% deposit. If you have difficulties to pay the 10% deposit, you can speak to the bankers and apply for a full loan. However, only few bankers offer 100% loan.
