Craft Your Future Home with SkyWorld
On 9 April 2022, SkyWorld virtually launched SkyCraft – a new online initiative to engage with future homebuyers, to build their dream homes together with SkyWorld.
According to Mr. Lee Chee Seng, Chief Executive Officer of SkyWorld, SkyCraft is a co- creation platform that gives public a chance to take part in the home making process even before SkyWorld starts developing it. “We want to create quality cityscape living, as we believed the ideas and feedback garnered from SkyCraft will help SkyWorld to build quality homes and elevate the urban sky living experience in a sustainable environment.
“At SkyWorld, we have redefined our purpose to “Make Living Better” and hence the idea of SkyCraft as we always believe that the opinions of our future homebuyers or SkyCrafter as I would like to address them, matter a lot to us, and through this campaign, we could make homes better, together,” cited Lee.
Lee shared that SkyCrafters are given the options to craft two distinguished projects via this platform, namely SkyAmanyi in Cheras and SkyRia by the Hills in Taman Melawati. “We are currently at the drawing board stage for these 2 projects and it is timely for SkyWorld to engage with our potential homebuyers to see what innovative ideas that are ‘good to have’ or ‘must have’ so we can implement it in our new launches and build homes that meet the current market demands.
“Other than that, SkyCrafters will also stand a chance to win exclusive SkyWorld NFT (non- fungible token) art pieces and I am proud to announce that SkyWorld is the first developer in Malaysia to do so,” explained Lee. Moving forward, Lee mentioned that all SkyWorld new projects will go through this platform to engage with the local community for better understanding on the needs and requirements of homebuyers before any new launches takes place.
The virtual launch took place at SkySanctuary, an integrated development by SkyWorld that is city’s first nature-inspired living concept that seamlessly integrates a 3-acre urban park with a central lake exclusively for its future residents. This central park features lush greenscapes with 23 active and lifestyle facilities such as jogging track, kinetic playground, outdoor gym, spacious open lawn, iconic pavilion and many more.
